A relaxing and nurturing experience in a safe environment. Massage therapy
reduces tension, enhances the function of joints and muscles, and improves
circulation and general body tone, Massage also relieves mental and physical
fatigue, eliminates toxins and contributes to muscle tissue repair. We specialize
in Swedish, Shiatsu, and Hawaiian Lomi Lomi.
Swedish
This technique utilizes long strokes, effeurage, and kneading of
the superficial muscle tissue that help aid in flushing the body toxins,
promoting blood circulation and release of tension/stress.
Lomi Lomi (60 minutes)

Lomi Lomi is an ancient practice of massage from the islands of Hawaii that
is
profoundly healing and nurturing.
Lomi Lomi bodywork is rhythmic and flowing, much like a dance. The attitude that pervades the session is one of love and reverence. The specific strokes, using fingers, hands ("firm, yet like rain falling on smooth stone") and forearms, are faster than Swedish Massage and slower than Sports Massage. A light, natural oil is used to facilitate the invigorating glide. Careful stretching, compression and movement of body parts are also incorporated, as is deeper work, when needed.
Lomi Lomi relaxes the nervous system, increases circulation and creates a tangible sense of well being. It is useful for maintaining health, and relieving pain from injury and debilitating illness. It is the "dance of massage", and is as wonderful to give as to receive.
I am truly honored to offer you the touch and spirit of ALOHA through Lomi Lomi massage. A basic Lomi Lomi bodywork session last an hour and is $80. The recipient feels stimulated, soothed and nurtured.
Sports Massage (60 minutes)
Price - $80
A contemporary deep tissue relaxation massage. The application of pressure is massaged to specific points of the body to stimulate and unlock tension.
The practitioner uses Swedish finger kneading strokes assessing the distribution of tension throughout the body to balance accordingly. The amount of pressure can be scaled to each individuals desire.
